Ok, you know the story by now...
1) The L.A. County Sheriff released her from jail after serving only three days of a 23 day sentence because of a "medical condition" (it is said she was in danger of having a Nervous Breakdown...awww).
2) This defies the Judge who specifically noted she was to have "No house detention" or special privileges of any kind.
(and the Judge is really p.o.'d)

A court hearing at 9 a.m. PST Friday morning will decide whether she goes back to jail.

Question: Will she go back to JAIL or back to her MANSION?
THE STORY:

You're the Judge...what would you do?
1) Show the L.A. Sheriff who's the REAL BOSS here and send her back to jail?
2) Give in and let her serve out the remaining time of her 23 days sentence at her Mansion?

She's completely overeacting to this, i mean its basically 40 5 days, she makes it look as though its for existence!! LOL. the biggest crybaby ever i swear. i'm so happy she's back in there. I mean it replaced into me, or everyone else (commonly used human beings) i could ought to do my time, sick or no longer. That does no longer be an excuse. And for people who think of that paris doesnt deserve this and are praying for her, what if she could've kill a sprint youngster or somebody??? did you even think of approximately that?? ought to've been a pal of yours or a family individuals member. communicate approximately approximately some function form for our childrens, basically some injury a** b*tch. Although other people have been able to serve out their sentence at their homes, I feel that Hilton should serve her time in jail. There are many little girls who see her as a role model, and they need to see the true consequences of her actions.
