You might want to rethink the name. Chuckie Cheese already uses the acronym, CEC.

CEC currently trades on the New York stock exchange. Today's high is 39.55 compared with a 52-week high of 43.83.

CEC Entertainment, Inc. is in the family restaurant/entertainment center business. The Company operated, as of December 31, 2006, 484 Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants. In addition, as of December 31, 2006, franchisees of the Company operated 45 Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants. Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants offer a variety of pizzas, a salad bar, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts, and feature musical and comic entertainment by robotic and animated characters, family oriented games, rides and arcade-style activities. The Company and its franchisees operate in a total of 48 states and five foreign countries/territories.

One other note: if you use a name like that you better be prepared to produce products that are always on the cutting edge or the press will have a field day with you.

Honestly, it sounds just like it's not a new company. And being recognizable and uniquely named are some of the must in starting out in risky businesses. It lacks the spunk and character. Think of a more catchy name, but still shouldn't be trashy. Hope that helps.

Sounds good. But what about something that makes up CEO? CEO's are always at the top and well you have some competition.

I like words that stand for something else. That way you can have your customers remember your name. For example, UPS.
