The cruise terminal is not far from the airport so you can use one of the long-term airport lots for about $12 a day and take a taxi for the 1-2 mile trip to the cruise terminal. It's possible that the airport lots might even take you there with their shuttle. Or there are several self-park lots about 6 blocks from the cruise ship terminal, but those lots have little or no oversight at night, so your car is slightly more at risk at night than the airport lots which are more guarded. Airport lots are accessed along Kettner Dr. and Harbor Dr. north of the cruise ship terminal. More info: http://www.portofsandiego.org/sandiego_maritime/cruise/parking.asp
