To be frank, the list is endless for nations that have fought civil wars.
Which countries have not experienced civil wars? Some of the RECENT break-away nations of the former USSR; Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia to name some.

Well, I don't think Canada has had a civil war.
Countries that have - US, Russia, Mexico, Spain.
Like the other answers have stated, it would be impossible to put an exhaustive list of civil wars here.
