I think it's extremely stupid that she gets to do her sentence at home. I basically think she faked it. What are your thoughts on this?

This is almost OJ on a lesser scale. No normal person would get out of jail for this, there are people sent to jail with cancer, HIV, etc for non-violent crimes. Basically she is given everything as she is by her parents for having no talent at all. She did not deserve to have her original sentence reduced in the first place and now to go home to her parents mansion, I bet there are parties she will attend either there or even some how sneaking out as Martha Stewart did with her ankle bracelet. Next time she should be put in with the general population see how that scares her.

Paris Hilton should face what she have done in jail, where she clearly think about the things she did wrong.

I not a Paris fan but I can't see why she went jail in the first place.
Laws are written with huge punishments for example it's life in prison for only one count of burglary but how many people have you heard of actually getting the full sentence for once off burglary. Probably no one.
I believe Paris got it pretty bad since the average Joe might of gotten away with only a few hours behind bars - they never get the full amount people usually don't.
I don't think she is getting special treatment, just common treatment with a huge amount of money to be made after it all (which sucks because the average person doesn't get that)!

I think that she needs to do her time like a regular person...so what if she is an heiress she is still a normal person like you and I. I think she is just afraid that her in-mates will jump her for her money...and also beat the **** outta her. And she maybe is afraid she might go both ways when she comes out of jail. But its not like she has a long sentence...so I think the judge should send her skinny A SS back in jail!

Really, she isnt getting any special treatment. The LA county jail is extreemly overcrowded, The vast majority of non violent offenders only do about 10% of their sentence before they are sent home from that jail. Which is exactly what Paris did, about 10% of her sentence. The media is just hyping this.

I think "Celebrity Justice" sucks. I do not think it is fair that she got out of jail early. Whatever happened to "liberty and justice for all" and "all men are created equal" when the punishment is based on how "rich and famous" a person happens to be. I think it is high time that our justice system is reviewed with regards to "special treatment" that celebrities receive.

I think this is a travesty of justice and hypocracy in the highest. What Sheriff Lee Baca said about her being in ill health was the reason for springing her, it just doesn't hold water. Any other prisoner would have been treated in the country jail infirmary, not sent home for R&R.

it's ridiculous. she was quoted as saying something like she wanted to prove she could do it and that's why she went to a regular prison. yet that regular prison has a special place for celebrities and police officers. she was already getting better treatment than a normal prisoner and then they let her go. she should not get any special treatment what so ever. who cares how much money she has or how "fragile" she is. she has enough money to pay someone to drive her around so obviously she thought she was above the law when she violated her order in the first place. it makes law enforcement look bad that they just let her go home after only 3 days.

I can't believe this happened at all period.
If it was any ordinary person, they would have stayed longer and would not have gotten out even if they had tuberculosis.
The laws in Los Angeles have to be the most corrupt in the world if they let an whinny b*itch boss them around.
