No the questions should be why was she released anyway? Medical problem yeah right!!!!!
Lock her up like all the other drunk drivers! Maybe she can design the new inmates and correctional officers uniforms. Add some pink trim here and lace there! Purrrfect

I guess that someone appealed to her released so they took it to the Supreme Court. I guess the supreme court will decide if she stays at home or goes back to jail.
I really dont think she should be in jail...What she did was wrong and everything, but I have seen many people here in Texas that get other kinds of punishment for the same reason. Sometimes they send the to the Highways to clean up and pick up the trash. Sometimes they have to do Community service among other punishments...I think that before putting her in jail, they should have given her other punishments, they do it here in TX to regular people, but I guess that is the law in CA. And you may give me thumbs down, That is fine with me!

She is on house arrrest, only because of a pardon. She should be back in...she did the crime now she needs to do the time. Actually the crimeS. She should not be treated any differently than anyone else. She was already getting special treatment because of who she was. I have nothing against this girl, but these girls and guys that are stars or have parents who are stars should not be treated any differently, what does it take one of them killing someone?

She has a hearing on Monday. She needs to go back to jail because she broke the law. Her fame and money shouldn't make any difference.

I hope she does. And it has nothing to do with her "status". A law was broken and people could have been killed due to her negligence. She should do her time and shut up. And what sort of "medical issue" was there?
Aren't there people dieing in prisons everyday due to medical issues?
