setting as site as home page?

Go to the page you want as your home page
In the menu, click on Tools
Select Internet Options
You will see a box in the upper right that list the home page
Click the button under it that says "Use Current". It will make the page you are on your new home page.

You can also just type the page into that box if you want

If you have internet explorer, at the top click on Tools, then go down to Internet Options. If you are under the tab General, there should be a box to type you homepage in.
