Why do people hate homosexuals so much? Scratch that, I guess I can't stop them, but is it any of your business what 2 people do, or even 3 people do in the privacy of their own home? Why is it an issue that two people might love each other and want the same visitation rights, tax rights and inheritence rights? Why is this any business of yours, enough so to outlaw it?

Law Skool-
I think it's the republicans shoving it down your throat. They created the issue, they wanted to take rights away and use it as a wedge issue. They wanted to appeal to people's hatred to get votes. When someone tries to take people's rights away they're going to get opposition.

YOU asked!!!
Do you accuse the Irish of forcing their beliefs on you when they have parades? What about the Greeks? How about Puerto Ricans?

The objection with homosexual relationships comes primarily from the Christian conservatives, many of whom misunderstand the Bible. The Bible clearly identifies homosexuality as a lifestyle contrary to the will of God. However, whether right or wrong, it is an issue upon which God and only God can judge. We, as Christians, do not have the right to judge. It is our role to accept all of God's children with love and respect.

I agree. It is none of our business. I agree with civil unions and visitation and spousal benefits for homosexual couples.

What I cannot agree to is the homosexual chauvinist lobby trying to shove their lifestyle down my throat. Let's leave the bedroom in the bedroom.

I will never accept homosexuality as a legitimate lifestyle.

Sorry about you getting blocked. I have lost 2 already.

Homosexuality, beastiality, polygamy, NAMBLA.... they can do it but I don't have to support it.

I read the posts above...it's true that it's being force feed to us every day. And homophobic is such a lame term. I know several homosexuals and they are smart, wonderful people. Give me a break. People can disagree about something and it's not because they're scared. lol

Backdoorby is obviously a school kid. It is June... I'm guessing we'll get more like that one.

I swear when it comes down to it, it's all either the fear about having penis up the back side or the whole " 'cause God said so" thing. God also said it was bad to eat pork and ok to sell daughters into slavery. Homophobes are so messed up in the head.

It isn't any of my business unless they start marching about it, or televising it into my home, or demanding that I teach my children about it....oooppsss...guess the issue has been made my business.

Frankly I wish it still weren't any of my business, but now I am forced to vote about it and have it presented to me on a daily basis.
