Oh yes. I cant read maps, so before I drive anywhere new I have to go to the directions website and get instructions..... then I check them against the street directory, because usually one of them is wrong. I have been known to tape a little message to the fuel tank of my motor cycle.... turn left at this street, then take the first left etc etc.... I try and remember to wear my glasses, otherwise I cant see the writing on the sign until its too late to indicate that I'm turning.

I'm going to take a different direction (hehe) than the other answerer's. Instead of N, E, S, or W, I'm directionally challenged at keeping my focus on one thing at a time.
I'm distracted so easily, that it may take me hours before I make it to the ladies room...lol...j/k. But seriously, I never seem to be able to accomplish anything because I'm always getting side tracked. :-\
