That is new to me. Perhaps it requires you to be set up with Paypal. I would suggest contacting them by pulling a number from their website (if offered) or just email them. Also, contact the Seller to let them know that you did try to do the "Buy it Now" and this is the message you got. Keep constant communcation with the Seller as to what is going on so that the sale will eventually go thru.

In the meantime, continue to work with Ebay and find out how you can have full access to their buying process.

Mine was the same way the other day. You must view "your account" there should be something saying that you have limited access and there will be a link that you can click on telling you how to fix the problem. It's simply such as updating you phone number, address, etc.

Your PayPal account has been given Limited Access, here is a link to the PayPal user agreement which might explain why it happened:

Your probably not verified. Your account has to be verified in order to use the Buy Now feature. Its easy to become verified. Just follow the prompts on your ebay.

Perhaps you have not filled out all the info that eBay wants from you -- like a credit card #, bank acct #, etc. You might want to do that first, before proceeding.

If you have Paypal, check with them first.
If you don't have Paypal, you need to contact the seller and find out how to pay for the item.
