yes that's normal because once your throat gets irritated from coughing a couple times, it makes you feel like you need to cough more

Yeah. It usually happens when I am slightly dehydrated. Dust or pollen gets in my throat and sticks to the side and tickles.

Yes, it's called not enough oxygen in the Jugular Vein or in the blood vessels inside your throat or it's just an allergy. :P

I do have choking spells from time to time, especially when I eat my daughter's cooking... but my doctor gave me choking pills. I don't know what I'd do without my choking pills.
