Because apparently the president doesn't think catching the guy behind 9/11 is nearly as important as fabricating a case for "war" in Iraq based on lies that the US would fall for.
But where are we today? The guy behind 9/11 is still free and communicating to the masses. The "war" was successfully sold, but now we all found out about the lies and Bush's numbers have taken a nose dive, so the purpose there was defeated. I'm sure this invasion was meant to be short and sweet, install the democracy and get out before the lies were exposed (9/11 link, WMD, etc), but it blew up in his face and now he has dug himself a great big hole.
Lose-lose.

That is Bush's fault.
So a reporter asks the White House Press Secretary about a deal that the Taliban has offered in FEBRUARY OF 2001 to hand over Osama to Saudi Arabia if sanctions are dropped and the White House reply was:
"Let me take that and get back to you on that."
They didn't even know who Osama was and they did not consider it important to consider, let alone take the deal for the hand over of Osama and 9 months later our nation was attacked and 3000 unsuspecting and innocent people died.

Bush is waiting till January 21, 2009 when he leaves office and then he can meet Bin Laden and fulfill his dream as he told Ariel Sharon from Israel. George and his lover Bin Laden will then meet where they then can screw each other up the butt just like Bush has screwed over America.

Bin Laden is apparently in Pakistan and this is where the military should be looking. We need cooperation from the Pakistani government in order to search there.

Good ole bin lives in a cave (sounds like a great place to be) as soon as we find that cave you can bet we will have him and then KILL him. Maybe cut his head off and bury him with his feet to Mecca and with a pig head.
