I try to be a better person by NOT judging anyone else. I excercize tolerance.
I try to be a bettter person by my philosophy of "live and let live"..meaning that I respect others opinions and ways, without arguing.
I believe in the act of forgiveness, if anyone offends me. It makes me feel better, and it is actually for myself.
I keep the "peace" within me, by not arguing over every little thing... I am a better person because I don't have to have the last word!

Exercise and stay healthy. Always treat people the way you want to be treated and always be positive about others. Say something nice to someone you don't like and compliment others as often as you can. Do not be part of gossip and learn how to keep your mouth shut when you are involved in a conversation when the person is not present.
I recently read an article in Fortune magazine. Personal files kept by individual managers were reviewed at Coca-Cola, IBM, and AT&T. In over 90% there was not one positive about employees, all negative items were noted. Federal laws allow you access to all files kept on you by your employer to review. Company policies say otherwise, but the law is on your side. Ask to review the file on you that your manager and Human Resources manager maintains. Managers should praise employees 3 times more each week than only noting the negative. This has proven to increase production and attitude.

There is nothing better in life than being a nice person to others even if no one is looking at the time. I grew up fairly poor and as I grew up we had a lot more money. I did a lot of community service work when I was working on a project to not. As I have gotten older, I have dropped food of for homeless, I have seen people who are homeless, or carless walking around and I have given them rides to where they were going...
Karma may not exist, but when I do these things and reflect on what my dash says about me when I die, I feel really good. When I feel good in general, I can help others to feel good. It is no differnt than a person who is in a bad mood making another person feel bad....

Honestly? This is going to sound like I'm trying to be funny or whatever, but I smoke pot. It makes me realize that everything is going to work out, no matter what, and puts me on a level of relaxation to where I let all of my frustrations go. I do this at the end of the day when I am home with my cat with The Eagles turned on my radio. It's a completely tranquil and happy atmosphere where I release all of my negative energy. I also make myself a rich, creamy cup of espresso every night, too. That's just me though!

I try to consider on a daily basis how I can help someone. I do this by listening to them even if I don't want to. At times, I try to lighten their load by doing something for them. I try to end the day thinking by something I did that someone might think of me as a good person. I don't need to hear from them. My actions make me feel I suceeded in that quest.

I pray while I'm jogging. This improves my physical and spiritual well-being simultaneously.
