First we need to unlock it. Right click on it and if there is a check mark next to "Lock the Taskbar", then click it to remove the check mark. Now you can left and drag the taskbar back to the bottom edge. After you do this, remember to right click on the taskbar and replace the check mark next to the "Lock the Taskbar" to re-lock it.

Drag the taskbar to the bottom. If this doesn't work, right click it and uncheck the lock taskbar option. Now drag it. Hope it works. You also may want to recheck the lock taskbar option when it is at the bottom, to make sure it doesn't go to the side again

Click on the taskbar and drag it to the bottom of the screen.

If it won't move down, right-click on the taskbar and select 'Lock the Taskbar' to unlock it. Now drag it down.

left click on the task bar and drag it to the bottom of your screen.
Or, if that doesn't work, right click on the toolbar, click lock the taskbar, then drag it down to the bottom.
If you dont' want it to move again, when the taskbar is at the bottom, right click on it again, then click lock the task bar - there should be a tick next to it.

Hi Stan

Regular occurance so no worries. Left click it and (while holding the button down) drag it back down to the bottom.

Once you have it back where you want it give a spanking and tell it not to be so naughty again
