Words are the sward of emotions, some times it gives happiness, but deep down your in a mess, turmoil. Words, language control human emotion, and for the deaf unpleasant actions. The only thing humans is needed to master is to feel indifferent what ever the circumstances are, unless you want to nourish the body with love, but yet there must be continuous alertness.

Friend,
Emotion, in its most general definition, is an intense mental state that arises autonomically in the nervous system rather than through conscious effort, and evokes either a positive or negative psychological response. An emotion is often differentiated from a feeling.

false reactions to humanities need to label things (events, concepts) If emotions were real then everyone would react the same way to the same things. But how can the same exact event make one person HAPPY, another sad, another pissed and another indifferent if emotions were real?

Emotions are visceral reactions which occur outside reasoned deliberation.
Emotions are conditioned by our assumptions, beliefs, and culture.
