in today's NY Daily News Paris might be going back to jail. And I hope she does for the full 45 days.
The Sheriff's department should be held in contempt of court for going against the judge's order. The order stated no furlough, no work release, no electronic monitoring (page 4-6 ny daily news).
And she won't be alone; the other dumb blond, Nicole Richie will soon be joining her. Can't you see the next Simple Life segment. It will be called "the Simple Life in the Century Regional Detention Facility". *LOL*

Pretty ridiculous huh? That sheriff is in a little bit of trouble. Besides, if you have a medical condition, to the hospital for medical and to the psych ward for the mental. I think she and her attorney planned this from the first day. Also, who the he** gets "reckless driving" as a charge for DUI? Why is she driving anyway? She should have a driver...keep us all safe.

It's a travesty! I'm *very* glad that the judge has ordered her to report to his courtroom this morning. He specifically stated that she could not be placed under house arrest so I'm hoping that he puts her punk @ss back behind bars.

She's already going back to court to re-determine whether she needs to go to jail. What more could we ask for? You should try writing that judge instead.

this stuff ain't even fair like that cuz when other people do stuff like paris hilton they can't get out in like a day or so. because paris hilton is so famous they let her out i mean what does she do really her songs suck she ain't the best thing walkin down hollywood and it's not even fair because she's this so called celebritiy and that makes her different from people who don't have fame yet i don't think so
