You love stirring thing up, don't ya?
If gender roles are your security blanket, who am I to take that from you? Just don't expect me to go along.

Did you ever think that maybe :
he has an injury that prevents him from driving
SHE won't let anyone else drive HER car
he does not need to be in the driver's seat to feel like a man

A guy is not a "wussy" if a woman drives him around. There are many reasons why a man needs or wants to be driven by someone else. It can be any number of reasons, physical, mental etc. If it is safer for the woman to be driving than a man, and the man allows the woman to drive, more power to the man. I think that makes him more of a man than a wussy.

My husband drives close to 500 miles a day for his job. He's more than willing to agree to me driving to the store or something. He's not a wussy, he's sick of driving.

I think i know what you mean. When I see a woman driving and a big man is sitting casually beside her, the picture just doesn't seem right. I'm not against anything. Of course women are capable or has every right to drive, I'm just saying that the picture just doesn't look right. I recently saw a young lady driving a rather thickset Honda motorcycle and a guy was riding pillion. It looked somewhat wrong and very unsuitable.

My husband is from South Africa. He didn't have an American driver's license OR a car when we met. Of coure I drove him around!

Then I taught him how to drive. Now, we split the driving.

Stereotype much?

Actually its pretty handy. Do you want me to take the bus after a night out drinking ? Is it that what you want ? Hell no keep the girl sober and let her drive back. Alcohol is even worse for women anyway and she will be happy to drive.

Not really... I only cringe when I see a woman controling a man and talking to him like he is a child. That makes me want to vomit.

No, he just likes foot massages, and being spoiled.

He's kinda an adrenaline junkie too ... especially when I pretend that I'm Danika Darling - vroom-vroom. Now it's a true man who won't scream like a little girl while in my passengers seat!!!

I use to drive all the time when we went out, now she is driving me some of the time - Hell I love it, I can drink my *** off and don't have to worry about getting arrested because she is driving.
