Don't waste your money. Go to http://www.grants.gov/ to see what government grants are available, if any, and how you can apply for them. You may also find grants at http://foundationcenter.org/ Then, go to http://www.npguides.org/ for instructions on how to write a foundation grant proposal

I would doubt or we would have a country of millionaires.
The best way to advance is hard work and save your $$
