Because they are small minded and have nothing better to do with their time. It's just one of the down sides of thinking outside the box, I guess. I know it's happened to me more than once.

I agree with that. When you ask a question, you have got to know that you will get different opinions. I am one of the few that do not report, I choose to ignore, it is much more effective.

Intolerance? Immaturity? Perhaps they can't accept a different point of view.
Frustration? You gave them information they can not come to grips with sooooo..... it MUST be you with the problem, not them.
Just keep doing your best and things will work out.

I usually keep my mouth shut. When I see someone disagrees with me, I like to shut up and smile. That way I don't agree, but I don't give a signal that I do agree. I keep it mutual until I get home and tell my hubby!!!
