Most scout-groups buy uniforms for their groups, or be able to tell you where to buy yours.
If you buy on-line you may not be able to get the local group tags, and if your group has a different uniform to the norm you will be out with the rest.

Also have many groups a return and buy secondhand system, as most kids only use the uniform for 3 hours a week max, for 2 years at most.

If they do not have such a system, try to place a small ad in the local shop or free newspaper.

I do not live in Ireland, but my first thought was to look at a place that also sells uniforms for school as they may also sell ones for scouting. Also, you can try asking the troop master if there is a local shop that carries the uniforms. If all else fails you can try ordering them online.
