Hesperia Troya Hotel, Worst hotel on Tenerife, Playa de las Americas. Do you have any horror stories to share?

At Hesperia Troya Park Hotel, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, Canary Islands, our room was dirty, expensive and we had clothing stolen!! It was not a cheap hotel either and the hotel management did nothing to help us get back our clothing!! We even wrote to the head of the hotel chain and they said that we don't steal clothes at our hotels!!! Well Mister Vicente Garcia: someone there is stealing clothing!! Do you have any horror stories about this hotel or others to share with our reader? Thanks.

I never went there but i heard it from my cousin that once a person was slipped on stairs coz water was spilled all over.
i dont know is it true or not but my cousin told me and i trust on him but its a worst thing a person can do by spoiling the name of those whom you even dont know therefore i would like to share another fact with you. once my freind's uncle went there and he found that his suitcase was empty which was earlier full of his importand documents and some money but thanks to the hotel's honest staff. one of them got it and told to fellow staff about it and they returned it to the uncle as it is. so i conclude that every coin has two aspects.
