and regulations are here to benefit and protect the rich, the poor have no rights when it comes down to it. Why are we so passive, just sitting around un-coscious watching T.V. or whatever else it is we distract ourselves with?

yes, its a shame the special treatment she is receiving, many others, not rich or famous or well connected, also find themselves in jail or charged with the same crime, due to similar circumstances, and the time they serve is just a traumatic for them as it is for Paris, yet they receive no favors, if she is allowed out due to mental duress, or any type medical condition, so should everyone else with a similar crime
ps: if she in the future drives dui again, and injures or kills someone, i think all involved, who let her slide again this time, should be prosecuted as accomplices

mostly we sit because we gave away our Real weapons guns and such... and dont know how to use the real weapons of politics and self advocation very well. We might gain our real weapons back if we invest ourselfs in learning how to use them properly. Paris Hilton as far as im concerned has been a child and shown no reason to believe she is other then that. I dont think she should abuse her power so much but probably regrets some of it at the very least. If she doesnt have regret then I think shes no better then any criminal in the past with mass influence. Oh and T.V. is awful turn it off and leave it off.

while people, that is SOME people buy the magazines that have her and her ilk on the covers and print stories about what colour they have painted their toe-nails....People LIKE paris hilton will always have it better than the rest of us.....

there's a lot more we have to do other than protest this incredible incident.. we have to start NOT giving Paris and Her cronnies the attention that they crave ... NOW THAT would be a far better punishment that any incarceration

I do not wish harm upon anybody ... but if when Paris gets behind a wheel again whilst under the influence of intoxicating substances and IF she harms an innocent person while doing so ... there will be a massive public outcry.

There though is one thing that may comfort many of those who are not as finacial as paris hilton ... MOST OF US have more intelligence in our little toe that she does in her whole entire being.

money attracts a wide variety of people who look to get their hands on that money..if the circumstances were different where she had no money and had to depended on herself I'm sure things would be different..turn off the TV...and she will disappear...
