I guess the coast lines of the globe would all have changed, some islands may even have disappeared and some cities would have been effectively abandoned - Miami, London, Dhaka (Bangladesh) maybe?

A lot of animal species would have vanished - tigers, cheetahs, maybe polar bears & rhinos.

It would be HOT! I guess temps will most likely have risen 3-4 C - summer in south of england will be very unpleasant. Maybe winter will be freezing too ... if the gulf stream has stopped.

World population will have fallen - between AIDS, droughts, famine and wars over resources there will have been a significant death toll over many years!

Hopefully, technology will be drastically different and everything will be focuses around minimal or zero CO2 emission. Cars, planes, buses will all have changed beyond recogniction (hopefully).
