shrimp, crab, imitation crab, salmon, tuna, broccoli (boiled to soften), leaf spinach, peas, cucumber, romaine lettuce, banana, orange, 100% whole wheat bread (no high fructose corn syrup!), cheerios, plain egg noodle, plain pasta
Make sure all is washed well and without sugar, salt, oil or spice on it. Most real healthy human food is safe for goldfish, they are omnivours and eat a diet simular to ours with the exception of seafood meat instead of chicken, pork, or beef. I have heard of people feeding them chicken, pork and beef but I'd stick closer to a natural fish's diet and offer protien from the sea.

What To Feed Goldfish

It's far better to give your fish a different source of vitamin C. Juicy sweet fruits such as citrus, melons, grapes etc can pollute your tank very quickly and the sugars do nothing at all for the fish. Better fish sources of vitamin C would be beans, green leafy vegetables or sweet potato. Any vegetable should be cooked only enough to slightly soften it so that the fish can more easily eat it and should be removed from the tank within a few hours to prevent polluting your water.

And ditto big time to Sunday P. Don't feed warmblooded meats to your fish. Things such as pork, beef and chicken are poor choices for protein for a coldblooded, water animal such as fish. For protein stick with fish and insect materials

Par boiled peas, zuchini (cut through the skin), romain lettuce, spinich (some fish won't eat it), the occasional orange slice (cut through the skin) and other vegetable or fruit type items (banana). You can feed all of the vegetable items as often as you like though I would only feed 1 - 1/4" slice of orange once a week. Citrus is acidic and can effect the waters ph. I would recommend feeding the orange in the morning when you are going to do your water changes.

Your best bet would be to get some oranges, cut them in quarters and split them amongst your tanks (I have no idea how large your tanks are, though... so it's hard to give you something more accurate). Goldfish LOVE oranges-they go crazy for them. Some like cucumber and zuchinni, too.
