Iam making bridesmaid totes for my bridesmaids and i want to put fun and funky things inside that they will be able to use the day of the wedding. iam also including a cosmetic bag, what should i put in there? help!!

if you all are getting the mani / pedi that most do, then put in their bags the color nail polish that you have chosen....or you can always just get them nail polish, it doesn't necessarily have to be the color that they wear in your wedding.
i definitely think an alternate pair of shoes for the reception is a fabulous idea! i wish i had that in weddings i have been in!
the ballerina slippers are cute, or even flip flops = )
the bridesmaid / maid of honor tank tops are cute...they could wear that the day of the wedding, bachelorette party, or showers. you can normally find those online.
if you have picked out jewelry for them to wear, put that in there. lipgloss is a good choice as well. some sort of snack is ALWAYS good, and a bottle of water. if you have any pictures of you with your bridesmaids you could include that as well.
this would definitely be the time for you to put in there anything that you have requested they use at your wedding...like a certain shade in eyeshadow, lipstick, nail polish, jewelry, etc.
maybe you could write a personal note to each bridesmaid thanking them for being a bridesmaid, and telling them how much they mean to you as a friend or family member. thank you notes are always a nice touch.

Well, I don't know if it's fun or funky, but you could find some bottled spray rose water for faces if it's going to be a hot day. It's really refreshing to use. Or give them blotting pads for oil or sweat, those are great too. Why don't you get them gift certificates for something fun to do in the area, especially if some of them don't live in the area. Are there any lakes nearby? Tell them to bring their suits and you can see about getting a gift certificate for an hour rental of a jet ski or something like that.
Of course, it depends on the time of year and where you live at.

When I got married last year, I did tote bags too. I had them monogramed and I put a cute little manicure set inside and earings for them to wear the wedding day. And I added a bracelet for my maid of honor. It seems like I put something else too, but I can't remember. I'll let ya know if I think of it. But, they were a hit. They all loved them.

go to the store and buy some of those sample size things of deodorant ,cotton swabs,tampons,wet ones thing of that nature and also get some sample size make up good luck .

im also getting married, im probably going to get them sandles a cute beach towel, some make up, suncreens ect..
