Know yourself.
duty toward self breeds duty towards others.
then you can correctly bring out the best in someone.
otherwise let them progress at their own good pace.

you bring out the better of what a person can become by trusting them , it is not trusting people that brings out thier worst ;[your expectation sends subliminal signs that bring out thier feelings that degenerate into thier distrust
it becomes self fullfilling prophecy ,if you walk down a street thinking your going to be mugged , some one will pick up on the symptum and mug you
think , is it not better to have faith and trust everyone , than to distrust one wrongly ,
to have your trust betrayed is better than to betray anothers trust ,if your trust is betrayed they need to explain it to god [not you] ,
think of the wars [endless wars brought upon mankind via premptive acts of betrayal brought about by fear become realised distrust [betrayal
show trust in the little things , in the hope of higher realisings ,is it not better to have loved and lost than never to have loved?

Well I just love the person and never say bad things about him-her or anything and always forgiving because if you show your good side to someone, they're likely have to show it back
