what nutrients must i look for specifically at the back of the bottle to get the maximum out of my multi? i'm active, i eat well and i'm studying so i need to concentrate a lot! and is time release multivitamins better?
last week i finished my multivitamin supply. i never use to take them religiously but for the past two months i make sure i take one before i leave home. then last wk when i ran out i realised that it really affected my functionality. i felt more sluggish than usual and a bit more lethargic. i'm very active and i exercise regularly (atleast 4 times a wk) and i eat well but it never occurred to me that my multivitamins were so beneficial. what nutrients should i make sure that my multi has? anything to really look?

Food based vitamins with iron if your a female. None of the multi vitamin's contents should be over 100% as recent studies have shown that too much of ANY vitamin can be potentially harmful.

I recommend food based vitamins because they integrate into your system alot better then those produced synthetically. Also, most synthetic vitamins have lead in their formulas. So the best thing to do is go natural.
