what nutrients must i look for specifically at the back of the bottle to get the maximum out of my multi? i'm active, i eat well and i'm studying so i need to concentrate a lot! and is time release multivitamins better?
last week i finished my multivitamin supply. i never use to take them religiously but for the past two months i make sure i take one before i leave home. then last wk when i ran out i realised that it really affected my functionality. i felt more sluggish than usual and a bit more lethargic. i'm very active and i exercise regularly (atleast 4 times a wk) and i eat well but it never occurred to me that my multivitamins were so beneficial. what nutrients should i make sure that my multi has? anything to really look?
