Off with her pretty little head!
...
I think she should serve her sentence behind bars. She broke the law, and now to let her go home and live in her lap of luxury? Pffft.

It really annoys me that celebrities seem to get off with these sort of things. Average Joe Bloggs wouldn't, so why should they? Paris Hilton was driving under the influence of alcohol, so not only did she put herself in danger, but everyone else on the road. What would have happened if she had killed someone? Would they look at it so lightly then? AND, its not the first time she has been caught drunk and driving! She should be locked up, serve the FULL sentence, have her licence taken off her, the keys to her car taken off her, and she should learn that just because she is a celebrity (for no reason other than her family have a lot of money) she is only human and has to obey the law!

I think that she should have been put in General Population not in "special unit" to serve her sentence -
To be let out to serve a sentence at home under electronic monitoring at home because of some undisclosed medical condition sounds really fishy - they have medical facilities they could have put her in like they would anyone else serving a sentence. - and if her illness was one of some mental condition then she should have been put in a pshyc ward like anyone else.
Pampering her just because of who she is is wrong - she doesn't need to be pampered she needs a wake up call and the only way to do it is to take away all the "ammenities" that she is used to and treat her like any other normal everyday person - including taking away the media attention (as shes such an attention seeker)
I also think they should give her and her lawyers (and anybody else involved) a "gag" order to keep her and others from talking to the Media
I also think she should be ordered to go to a few crash scenes where someone has been involved in a drink drive related accident - where there have been terrible consequences - and then also to work with people who were innocent bystanders who were injured because someone got behind the wheel of a car drinking and driving and or too tired to drive
Shes just like the rest of us only she has loads of money and people who will pay to get her off - she did the crime she must do the time just like any other average person.
So throw her in jail and make her server her whole sentence in general population - and if shes ill put her in the prison psyciatric ward - and take away her outlet for attention the media and place a gag order on her and everyone around her ........

To me Paris Hilton should be treated just like every one else.If any other one of her inmates were suffering with the same symptoms as her they would have been treated in jail, not go home until they feel better. Paris Hilton committed a crime not only once but the same crime a few times. To me she hasn't learnt what she has done is wrong because if she did it wouldn't have happened again and for that she does need to be punished to get through her thick head that what shes done is completely wrong.

She has been released on grounds of being a suicide risk. Amazing what money can buy, isn't it? Shouldn't she have thought of the penalty before she broke the law? I don't joke about suicide as my younger brother hanged himself. It's a shame the Hilton family don't teach Paris that there are consequences to her actions, not just a full wallet to buy her out of trouble.

Nevada regulation makes even possession a legal with a million-6 yrs. and $5000 !! THEN California could revoke her probation and placed her in detention center for the finished time of all those little crimes she committed.

Umm, give her the just punishment, which in this case would be locking her up for her full sentence with maybe a week or two early release if she has been acting like a nice little inmate.

if she is about to have a nervous breakdown put her in a hospital until she is deemed well. Then put her in jail. She is not above the law. So yes lock her up and throw away the key.
