I depends on your perspective (see previous answers) and what you are comparing with.

I would say the greatest power in comparison to the rest of life is intelligence.
How this is used can lead to either great things or total destruction. So, intelligence could well be humanity's greatest weakness...

The greatest power humanity has is imagination.Intelligence is also one of the powers of humanity, but we must not forget that also some animals have intelligence,but only humanity has the proven power of imagination.

Humanity's ability to create so many different things, tools, art, government, etc. has gotten it where it is today. We are powerful because we can create our own surroundings.
