Have to tell them ......so they can decide how they want to live what's left of their life
People are amazing when they get over the initial shock and just want to enjoy "the rest of their lives"

Interesting question... not possible, but interesting.... you would have to think/know that your spouse KNEW something was wrong otherwise why would they go to the Dr?

But to answer the question you posed.... I would leave the message saved and tell her myself (wife). I would also tell her what we were going to do about it. Our theme song would change from "Dont give up on me" to "Live like you were dying" We were smart enough to get a living insurance policy which means we can collect if one of us is terminal. So We would leave our jobs (me temp her perm of course) and do all the things she has wanted to do.

For a start a doctor would'nt post such a message Assuming he did.The message is not yours,so you should leave it there. Then you should give your spouse all the love and comfort you possibly can

I will tell so that he would be ready and he could tell me what he wants to do for his remaining days of living....and as not to be depressed, I will support him and do romantic things with him every single day...not a day would be wasted

tell them, then love them like they wee the only person in the world.
if your spouse had to find out from someone else they would hate you for knowing.
and, would you forgive yourself for not telling em?
