She probably had a very good reason if she had stood in front of the door to prevent you leaving. And if you're stupid enough to jump out of it a window, it serves you right.

Schools have a duty of care to it's pupils (and teachers for that matter).

However, in regard to kids once you are registered in the morning you are their responsibility - if you left the school because a teacher sent you out of class and then had an accident - off school premises then the school would be in trouble. Should you have an accident at school as a result of a teacher's negligence or direct accident then you would have a case. The fact that YOU took the decision to jump out of a window is your own negligent action. Schools have a right to detain you for detentions and the like - (it's why it's called detention). They also have a right to detain you from leaving the premises during school hours.

Moral of the tail -1. face the music 2. learn how to land 3. Stay out of trouble in the first place, 4. Get a better mind set - stop trying to get other people done for your mistakes.

I don't understand you last 4 words, "can i get her done?" What does that mean? Your teacher can't literally prevent you from leaving but you were dumb to jump out of a window especially if it's true that you injured yourself. Your parents may be able to sue the school and the teacher.

If it was your English teacher that blocked the door, then good for her because your grammar is horrid, dammit.

Quite frankly, in this day and age, it wouldn't surprise me if she could be held responsible, the law is in such a stupid state. It sounds to me though that it's your fault, and it's becuase you were stupid enough to play "Wonder Woman" out the window that you got those injuries. It's scary, people like you will be ruling the country in a few years time...

My advice to you? Grow up, get educated so that you don't get outdone by an ill-educated donkey, and be thankful that you're even at school.

In School, and in the Classroom you are
to do what the Teacher says.
You better hope they let you go back
to School.

I hope you learned a lesson,
"Jumping out of windows can
break bones".
When you see it being done on TV,
or in the Movies " ITS FAKE.

Maybe your Teacher can keep you
after School and help you with your
Spelling. It needs work.

If I were your teacher, I, too, would have IMPRISONED you until you had learned to make more accurate use of the English language.

One other lesson to be learned: if you are foolish enough to jump out of a window simply because you are requested to remain in a room, any injury you sustain will be your own stupid fault!!

Depends on what kind of school you are in. If you were in a detention center of some kind then yes she can. And by the sounds of your attitude, if you aren't in one of those places, you might someday end up there.
