I have two p.c the one is connected to the internet via a dsl with a static ip address it has two lan card a built in and a card type I want to share the internet on the other p.c having also a lancard how will I configure the two p.c to share on the internet?

Connect the second lan card to the other computer with a cross over cable, inable ICS (internet connection sharing) and your connected. (I personnally would get a router but that is up to you.)

it is in the advanced area of the settings of the network card you are using
It is called " allow this internet connection to be shared with others"
on that card or the output network adapter you choose in a pull down window which card is input and which one is output.
