I know people (as friends or colleagues) who are worth many millions and yet very few of them have real friends. It always seems that they will always put the value of friendship aside if they can earn some more money from the situation. I am aware that I will never be that wealthy because I do have scruples and would never let friends down or take advantage of them.

I want to have real friends. Money can't buy friends or even give you a hug.
It's hard to find real friends. REAL friends last longer than money.

Money can change your attitude to a bad one ( greed, power-hungry, etc.) Real friends are always there for you, even if you change, they can help you when bad things happen, they will always have your side.

As you already know, A wise decision is to choose real friends over money.
A true friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.

We don't find happiness we make it.

I'd rather have BIG money because no matter what friends aren't forever and I have learned that from experience. No one has a true best friend even if they are related because things can change in a split second. I don't care if you guys don't agree with me because you have your "best friend[s] since 3rd grade" nothing lasts forever and people change even when you least expect it. You don't know anything until you have experienced it. With money at least I can live the American dream!

If you're being real, then you seem like a guy with a good head on his shoulders. :)

I'd like to have real friends with enough money to get me what I want and need.
