A megaphone = 10^6 phones = 10^12 microphones
"Saxo" is not a prefix under the International System of Units so it can be assumed to be imaginary.
Therefore the answer is 10^12 microphones + an undetermined number of imaginary microphones.

Huh?? A megaphone has one microphone, one amplifier and one speaker. A Saxophone is a musical brass instrument that has no microphones. Not to much mathematics is question though.
