Who thinks she should go back and do her time that she should already be doing or who says let he stay out? I think she should do her time... Lets see how George Michael gets on as he is prepared to do his sentence....

I don't like her, but that's no reason to want her to go to jail. It's not like she's really going to jail anyway. I'd say give her solitary confinement or don't do it at all. It's sort of stupid when the "jail" she has to go to is a comfortable place where she can just hang out until the time is done. Just stick her in an empty room with no connection to others, no sounds, nothing. Slide her a meal of bread and baked beans every once in awhile.

She should be returned to jail IMMEDIATELY IF NOT SOONER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She is not ill & even if she was the jail has a doctor and she could evenbe taken to a hospital as other prisoners are if necessary!!!
She broke PROBATION 3 TIMES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She snubbs her nose at the Law & at Us -- the public!!! She DOES NOT CARE if she was to ddrive drunk and kill or paralyze us or our babies & children !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has learned NOTHING, except that MONEY TALKS & B.S. WALKS !!!!!! (B.S. stands for 2 things that mean the same thing, one is just a more polite way to say it: BOVINE SCATOLOGY !!!!!!!!! The other way makes the POEM sound "better".)
Her parents are teaching her to disrespect everyone in authority & authority itself !!! I wonder if their money can bring Paris back from the dead when she does this again & kills herself ??????????
She should also have gotten a much LONGER JAIL TERM -- say, 6-months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what other people get who break probation for DUI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
she should also get a SEVERE paddling !!!!!!! Until her "biscuits" are swollen and blistered!!! That's the only way, a kid like her learns respect, that and jail!!!

Well let me see, she didnt really go in there in the first place, as far as I understand she had atemper tantrum started crying for mummy and they let her go, bet if it was one of us we wouldve got longer than 45 days to begin with and we wouldve done the lot. I dont know how she got to where she is anyway, her long nose makes her look like a melbourne cup runner ( horse). Giddyup girl. Oh daddys rich silly me I forgot.

She should have completed her sentence but like all celebrities they pull some dumb stunt or fake illness so they get let off!!!
Makes me so mad because if it were you or me then you can bet we would have to serve our full sentence!
Money seems to talk.
I also think Kate Moss and that awful bloke she married should have served a jail sentence for all their meddling with drugs!

I hope the judge sends her back this morning at the hearing. She is useless and should serve her time like anyone else would. You can't always use money to buy yourself out of a jam!

Just because the coppers in prison have a good time with her, it doesn't mean that she should have it any more lenient than any other person. After all that's all she is, a rich person because of her dad and her own little adventures...

i think the judge ordered that she be put back in jail and serve the rest of her term (40 days)

whoever deserve to go to jail for a good o reflection will be jailed. of course, whether its celebrity or not, everyone shd forgive others for their past mistakes and not shame them.
