because the players are busy campning for the brands with which they are assosiated another reason is that no new players are getting the chance whereas the players are not serous towards this sports

Because no one except Indians care? And there are only 3 Indians who do care, so that makes a consistant team very hard to find.

Because of complacency and over confidence of some of the players that their place in the Indian Team is guaranteed irrespective of their performance coupled with lack of dedication, determination and fighting spirit.

there was inconsistence in consistancy of indian team but now there is consistancy in the inconsistancy of team india
this is because of the poor mindset of the players

Indians are great individual performers but still they do not know how to play like a unit. This is the major cause of there incosistancy.
