Vast areas of Russia, Belorus, Canada, and Argentina would be able to be farmed profitably. Higher sea levels would get rid of those pissant island nations. LA and NYC and Miami would be gotten rid of. New coastlines would provide cartographers with years of new employment opportunities. People would go to Norway and Canada for 'fun in the sun and on the beach' vacations. We wouldn't have to feel guilty about buying fashion clothes made by child labor factories in Bangladesh....cause Bangladesh wouldn't be there anymore.
The list of benefits is truly Legion!

Global warming isnt a brand new idea. The planet has been many different temperatures and climates. Different organisms have thrived, while others has diminished. Global warming is like the Earth Having the Hiccups. It will be bad for a while, but it clears itself up naturally, and goes back to normal.

We're still coming out of an Ice Age. The earth has been much hotter due to greenhouse gases (remember the Jurassic?). Texas used to be part of an inland sea (and it's a big state!). Sure, we humans may be helping it along (and losing the ozone is NOT a good thing), but geologically speaking, it's inevitable.

We cycle through climate changes all the time.
The fact that our lifespan is so short makes these changes LOOK catastrophic...they're not.
The planet and the life on it will adapt.
My advice to the world? Deal with it.
This too shall pass.
