Say for example, that I have a "Happy Birthday" e-mail that I want to write today so that I don't forget and send in a day or two. Is it possible to set it up so that it sends my message the next day, other than just me waiting to hit send? How?

If you use Microsoft Exchange Server, you can delay delivery of an individual message. Everyone can use rules (rule: One or more automatic actions taken on e-mail messages and meeting requests that meet certain conditions, along with any exceptions to those conditions. Rules are also referred to as filters.) to delay delivery of all messages by having them held in the Outbox for a specified time after clicking Send.
