Not by wanting to, that's for sure.

Your math skills will corrode away if you don't keep in touch. Practice is the only way. Try solving problems of different types, some tricky problems which test your basics and understanding.

To be really good, you need interest, and that cannot be obtained from training or tuition. Interest should come from within. I've seen that most of the people who ask this question (Yes, you're not the only one) are not interested in Math. They just want some magic formula to get better.

This is the only formula. The second ingredient is extremely hard to obtain:

Practice + Interest = Perfect in Mathematics

Try to memorize your timetables and spend about 2 hours worth of doing technical math problems then you'll get the hang of it. (In other words practice)
