math is hard and i hate it ? how do i make it fun so i don't drift off into space?

The very first thing you must do is STOP telling yourself that it's hard and you hate it. How do you expect to enjoy it if you have that kind of attitude? You have to learn not to be afraid of math. It'll be fun when you decide to enjoy it, not before. Good luck!

Start with simple problems then build from it to get to more difficult problems. Simple problems become your building blocks to the difficult ones.
This is how I learn math. I do not like math either because it is a dry subject. You cant get a job with a decent $$ after college with math anyway. But I ended up with a BS in Math (I also have a degree in CS). The feeling of overcoming difficults subjects like math would make you feel everything else is easy. And yes, math is harder than biochemistry. It helps you think logically though.. and will help you with your Greek, if you care. Also, go to a good school. Bad math teachers can paralize you. Dont let them do that. Math can be conquered.

Try searching the internet for fascinating mathematical problems and use of Maths in various professions. For example: the NSA uses advanced maths in their job.

tough question, find a good teacher/tutor, someone who is social, fun, caring, etc its like finding the perfect person to date, it all falls into who teaches u, its something u cant do alone or its boring, u need someone there to spice it up, its kinda like a date--u need someone fun, if ur by urself its boring, it can get long, complicated and difficult, there is an answer, and u can do it just keep trying

maths in a nutshell isn't hard but what i do is i do all my questions etc and then when i check them, if i get one right i get 1 m'n'm and if i get two right i get 2 m'n'ms etc. Though you can do it with anything else edible. (though try to do some excersise after wards) lol
