The Spurs and The Cavs are in two different leagues right now. The best thing the Cavs can do is learn from series.

First off let me just say I'm a life-long Pistons fan and I've been anti-Spurs for some time now. That said i am now rooting for them. It could just be that I'm from Michigan and thus have an ingrained hatred of all things Ohio, but I have a huge amount of respect for the Spurs and love the way they play (same as Detroit did when LB was here).
I think Popovic is the best coach in the league and I think Duncan is the most important player in the league. Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili are relentless when attacking the basket and Bruce Bowen, as dirty as he is, is a great defensive player and he will do much better on The Bron than anyone on the 'stones did.
Now let me say the Spurs are a better defensive team than the Pistons, a better offensive team than the Pistons, and have a better coach than the Pistons. And the Pistons are a better team than the Cav-nots. Yes I know they lost to them (still don't know how that happened) but i think that was more about the Pistons than it was about the Cavs. The Pistons have suffered from a terrible case of hubris for a couple years now. Hubris is defined in the dictionary as "excessive pride or self-confidence; arrogance."
As for the Cavs, well they have no chance whatsoever. The Spurs are a GREAT team, the Cavs are a mediocre team with one great player. They have no one to stop Duncan or Parker, they just don't have a shot, sorry. Now let me get to why I hate the Cavs so much, and surprisingly it has nothing to do with The Bron (sure he gets more calls than anyone that big ever has but I can't blame him for that, the NBA wants him in the Finals, that's not his fault). No I hate the Cavs for two main reasons: 1. Drew Gooden and 2. Anderson Varejao.
Drew Gooden: What is that on the back of your head??? Stupidest looking thing i have ever seen in all my life, bar none, wow.
Anderson Varejao: This isn't soccer. Man up, grow a pair.
Anyway I would be shocked if this series goes more than 5 games. The LeBrons are completely overmatched.
Spurs in 4 or 5

The odds in Vegas for the Cavs to win the series are highly stacked against them. Vegas usually isn't far off, and when the odds for the Cavs to win in 7 is 40:1, that should tell you something.
