Rapid City - Unique hotels, any advice?

We'll be traveling to Rapid City this summer, and are looking for a fun, interesting hotel. Price doesn't matter. Something like a historic building, or beautiful lodge, or nice B&B. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!
