No, you are definitely not having a nervous breakdown. Did you and your mom get in an argument or did she say something to hurt you? Personally, *I* would get out some paper and a pen and start writing down why you are feeling this way. Or you could call up a friend, even though it's kind of late. Maybe text them? Calm down. Open a window and let the cool air in. Breathe deeply. Or if it would make you feel somewhat better, take a hot shower. Don't obsess over whatever happened. Clear your mind somehow. Listen to your favorite music. When something like this happens to me, I either read or zone out on television. My cat helps too. She knows when I'm upset and purrs next to me. Hope you feel better.

That's definitely a sign of a nervous breakdown. Has anything in your life that's causing you to feel this way? Are you suffering from severe depression? Thoughts of suicide? If so, try to get some help. Talk with a therapist or psychologist.
I am going through the same thing right now. I've been battling with severe depression for years!

Honey, I think you are having an anxiety attack which can be very frightening and sometimes makes you feel like you are dying. Get off the computer and do the deep breathing I told you about. If you are not better in a few minutes then call 911. They can get you the help you need.

Kill a terrorist wannabe. It is always best to eliminate them in the wannabe stage. It is quite refreashing and theraputic. Youll feel much better.

hey thats weird im 13 i have nervouse breakdowns all the time. but now im use to it . at one second im fine and laughing then the next second im like freaking out and like acting all weird.
