Pagliacci, by Ruggero Leoncavallo, 1892, a tragic tale of love, jealousy, and murder among a band of touring clowns that was drawn from an actual incident reported in the newspapers of the day. It's a very short opera, only about seventy minutes long. As for the music to this, you're probably going to have to order it from your local music store, try Sam Ash, they seem to have more knowledge about classical music, New York is the place they'll probably have to call to steer you to where you can buy it. You may even try the library, or Barnes and Noble and see if their books on opera tell you about the availability of the sheet music. I just went on Google, type in "sheet music for opera" and there is large collection of availabe sheet music for opera, click on the top one, they even have sites for "opera for young people" maybe you'll find that interesting. Good luck, hope this helped.

I'm not sure why your looking for this but don't let yourself get confused is where ever you look you also see a bunch of stuff about the opera Cavalleria Rusticana by Pietro Mascagni. Because they are both similar operas and happen to be quite short, they are often paired together. Just making sure you didn't get confused.
