I wash them once a week, vacuum down the mattress, and spray the mattress with Lysol. Not a fan of dust mites... There's nothing better than the feel and smell of clean sheets!

I change my sheets once a week. I have a few extra sets, so when I wash a set, I fold all the sheets and put them into the pillowcase and put that in my linen closet. That way, when I'm ready, I just have to grab a pillow case out and I have fresh sheets waiting for me. I do the same with my guest sheets, except I put a dryer sheet in the pillowcase too. But if you have a guest bed, make sure you change the sheets as soon as the guest leaves, even if they slept in them only once.

Bead sheets or bed sheets? Wash your bed sheets once a week & in the summer, wash them twice a week, especially if you sweat a lot.

Bed sheets should be washed a minimum of once a week. More if the sheets are seeing lots of action, if the kids jump in or, dog sleeps with you, or if you sweat a lot.

Once a week...and also vaccum off your bed before putting them on again. If you really want to get rid of bed bugs and other pesky critters..get large freezer bags, put the sheets in the bags put them in the freezer..2days max..take them out and wash them alone in the hottest cycle you can acheive on your washer. the cold kills the bugs and germs alot better then the heat does. It also helps to have extra sets :) you dont wanna be sleeping on a sheetless bed with ur others in the freezer. It may be weird, but it works.

Depending on what you do in your bed, really lol. Not being a smart alec, but if you "do" a lot in your bed, you should wash your sheets after every time. If all you do is sleep in your bed, I'd say once a week should suffice. (^_^)
