The choice between a Bungalow and Shophouse have very differing values.
Bungalow is for "living", a "home", a place where one considers one's "castle". One spends one's life in the comfort of one's home.
Whereas a Shophouse is for commercial purpose. The purchase a Shophouse would have to take into consideration the value appreciation of the property plus the possible rental income opportunity when leased out for commercial use.
So, the decision to purchase a property between a Bungalow & Shophouse are quite different.

bungalow is better b'coz you'll have big area if you want to do renovation, you also can do gardening.
