It's Christmas time in San Francisco. There are similar versions for Las Vegas and San Diego. The songs are also nice because they don't say Happy Holidays and they do refer to Bethlehem and the birth of Jesus.

It starts out, Have yourself a Merry little Christmas, I don't know the exact name of it and I also like White Christmas by Bing Crosby. I also like the version of Santa Claus is coming to Town sung by Bruce Springsteen.

I don't know about "non-traditional," exactly, but the carols written by Alfred Burt are lovely - just not very well-known.
