I asked earlier what lvl does golbat have to be to go through evolution, people replied "friendly evolution"????

Basically, the pokemon has to like you a lot. Check the poketech app to see their happiness. If it shows two hearts and them growing bigger, that means it really likes you. Level it up and it will evolve.

Here is the answer you're looking for.
You must have your Golbat to like you. To do this you must be with it for a long time. All you have to do is walk around a long time with Golbat in your party. By doing this, it grows closer to you. Look at the Poketch app that tells how friendly a Pokemon is. Tap on Golbat, and once it has 2 large hearts, its ready to evolve into a Crobat. Battle a Pokemon with it so Golbat grows a level. Once this happens, it will evolve.
