Lava is a bit to hot. But there are bacteria that can survive in boiling water. Also some for acids and for alkali(caustic)

Acid, yes. There are some animals that produce acid, and therefore live in it... but lava... I don't know.

I don't know of an animal, but archeobacteria survive in geysers. They were originally found in geysers in Yellowstone.
