It has to be Darren McFadden. He has all the essentials that a great runningback needs. He should be the next Gale Sayers with size and speed. Has one of the best strides I have ever seen in a running back. Look for him to run for 1800 + yds 15+ touchdowns and pass for more yards than the backup quarterback. He is the total package and should win the Heisman hands down.

i could no longer inform you appropriate now. it is quite close! If I had to declare some thing i could say McFadden and Jones because of the fact they are the two working backs. I mean Pat White is rapid yet form of small. additionally hes no longer Vince youthful. If Slaton or McFadden dont win the heisman i visit be bowled over

McFadden, bigger more physical numbers, puts up bigger numbers against better teams. Without Pat White as a defensive focus Slaton would be less effective.

Come on slaton is good but mcfadden is the best rb in college football. The real question is ray rice or slaton.

mcfadden. arkansas plays a much tougher schedule and mcfadden still produces. both are talented, but put slaton in the sec and mcfadden in the big east and then you could judge better. the sec defenses are far superior.

Slaton may take the voting, but won't amount to anything in the pro's and won't even be a day 1 pick.

Brian Brohm is better than both and more of an NFL prototypical QB.
